Description:

The site for the design of a new hotel with a spa center was chosen on the site of an existing burnt building. There is enough free space on this site to implement the program without cutting down the valuable trees. When proposing an architectural solution, we proceed from the fact that the most important thing in the context of the planned building is nature (a unique natural situation) and the existing historical building of the sanatorium.
