The FG Royal Hotel stands as a city landmark, making it imperative to maintain its architectural integrity during the reconstruction while imparting a refreshed appearance. Another essential aspect was to maximize the number of functional rooms, including studios, by enhancing fire safety systems and providing the necessary furnishings.
REM PRO, in partnership with the international architectural firm Chapman Taylor, played a pivotal role in ensuring the project aligns with Latvian construction standards and complies with technical regulations.
