PROJECT BRIEF
We provided hotel building design and planning services for an apart hotel, covering a total area of 6,000 m². The project’s overarching concept aimed to create a futuristic and sophisticated environment for temporary residency, seamlessly blending the comfort of familiar living with top-notch hotel services.
PROJECT DETAILS
The project primarily entailed space configuration and exterior detailing. As outlined in the project documents, the apart hotel’s accommodations are categorized into studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, designed to offer our clients a home-away-from-home experience.
The exterior design aligns with contemporary urban design trends, featuring a facade that combines various formats, appearing as if composed of blocks, with an emphasis on wood elements. This deliberate architectural choice provided engineers and builders the opportunity to infuse dynamism into the surroundings.
We aimed to ensure that living in this space closely resembles everyday life while simultaneously enhancing the urban landscape’s dynamics.
