The large-scale government architecture design project in Jekabpils began in 2017 and was a full-cycle design of a 3-story municipal administration building in the shape of a conditional “Z.”<\/p>\n

Project Details<\/b><\/p>\n

As part of the municipal buildings architecture project, created by our team, the site will contain a 3-story building with parking space in the basement, isolation room and technical facilities.<\/p>\n

The building has long enclosures facing a residential building on the southwest side of the site and a planned transportation hub (facing Ausekl\u012b\u0161a Street) on the northeast side.<\/p>\n

Project Outcomes<\/b><\/p>\n

Based on the client’s requirements, our engineers and architects have created a minimalistic municipal buildings design, since the main idea of this object remains functionality. The abundance of glass in the blue exterior does not distract people’s attention and does not stand out from the urban ensemble.<\/p>\n
