THE NIKOLAI STREET RESTORATION

The Nikolai street in the Daugavpils fortress connects the Nikolai gates with the main square. The project stipulates for the restoration of the historical pavement of the street, the construction of ditches with small bridges and the renovation of two buildings. The project was developed on the base of historical materials, photographic evidence and historical research.
