A new level of efficiency and safety for the railway station

PROJECT BRIEF

The project’s primary objective was to devise a drainage pier for a railway station in Latvia. The design concept aimed to create new overpasses and drainage platforms for fuel discharge, along with the reconstruction of existing railroad tracks. 

PROJECT DETAILS

The design process unfolded in two distinct stages to achieve the desired outcome. In the initial stage, a 40-meter-long drainage platform and a section of the trestle for railway tracks were designed and constructed. In the subsequent stage, another 44-meter-long drainage platform was integrated, connecting seamlessly with the previous section, and culminating in the completion of the overpass that spans the tracks. The project prioritized offering high-quality design services for the construction of the drainage pier and the modernization of the railway tracks, thereby enhancing the efficiency and safety of the railway station.

The project’s ultimate deliverables are the revitalized railway infrastructure, marked by a modern drainage pier and enhanced drainage platforms. These crucial components contribute significantly to the operational efficiency and safety of the railway station.
